About Ugovin
Christened by name Ugochukwu Kelvin Obinwanne with a stage name called “Ugovin”, the fast rising Afrobeat singer who hail from umuofeke amaifeke in orlu local government, imo state.
Ugovin still single & searching, not signed to a record label yet was born on 14th November 1992, been the third born out of four children in the family he is also the first son of his father, also he hail from a royal family (meaning he is supposed to be king even when his father pass on)
Ugovin started doing music when he was 17, as expected to start then by writing and singing gospel songs and also was a choir member in Christ Embassy church.
The unsigned Artist have traveled both India ?? and Bangladesh ?? for an exclusive event to showcase his talent, which yielded much more success by promoting Afrobeat to the world and to build strong fan base.
Speaking further about Ugovin royal family background, Ugovin late father who was supposed to be the king in umuofeke amaifeke kingdom, was rejected simply because he was a pastor and as well a born again Christian.
undeniable faith can be highly recognized in the family lineage knowing fully well that Ugovin who is supposed to be the next king of his kingdom at umuofeke amaifeke kingdom according to the law of been the first son of his father but he also reject the offer because his father did the same thing knowing too well that being a king can take him far away from his Christian faith and lifestyle.
So far so well in his music career, under Squad Records & Mancunis Records, Ugovin currently has 2 EP both titled “Son of the Soil” and “ Framework”
